IVA strengthens its ranks with new Fellows

The Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) has elected 39 new Fellows, comprising distinguished engineers, economists, researchers, entrepreneurs and leaders from both the private and public sectors. Hans Werthén Foundation — disbursement and reporting

The Hans Werthén Foundation places great importance on receiving a general description of the most important experience gained from periods abroad funded by the scholarship — both in scientific/ scholarly terms and socially. The reports are used by the committee in its work, but also as information for future scholarship holders.

Honorary Fellows

Professor Joakim Nivre has been granted the Chester Carlson Research Award of 100,000 SEK for his innovative contributions to computational linguistics, his leadership in the research community, and his commitment to language technology through collaboration. IVA's List for Research Impact

We are now seeking candidates for IVA's List for Research Impact. The IVA List highlights current research projects within the field of engineering sciences, conducted at Swedish universities and research institutes, that show a clear ambition to be commercialised.
